We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hekman Furniture. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as smooth as possible. Please note, this policy only applies to purchases made from www.hekman.com. 

Returns Eligibility:

  • Change of mind returns no longer accepted for orders placed after 12:00am on Feb 6, 2026.For order places prior to the above date:
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Hekman Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Process (for orders placed prior to Feb 6, 2026):

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team at help@howardmiller.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with it.
  4. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.
  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund, less any applicable shipping fees.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Certain factory outlet items are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support Team within 5 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and our standard return policy applies.
